Definitely didnt feel as good as the previous year's.
Well I guess the only person I can blame is myself.
Didnt train for it at all.
It was already surprising enough that I could ran till the 25km mark.
At the 11km mark, i was already very tired, but somehow I lasted another 14km before walking.
Reason: Muscle Cramps. I wasnt tired. I could still run.
I guess many people have the same problem as me.
Tried to run again after walking for 1km and I barely lasted 20 steps before walking. Again.
After a while, the initial cramps (just above the kneecap) that I was having went away.
Then came the killer blow.
I couldnt flex my knees properly, not without feeling pain.
So I kinda limped through the rest of the run.
I couldnt even find the energy to sprint through the final stretch..
Yeah it was that bad.
But still finish nonetheless haha...
Maybe 1 more next year?
