Oh ya I forgot to mention what happened to it.
Well, about a week and a half ago, I was testing a route intended for IM to be put up during last Monday's Projecting session. It involved a dyno diagonally to the right. I caught it with my right arm and though nothing bad happened, I could feel that the move was particularly strenuous on my right shoulder as I caught the tile with only my right hand.
The following Saturday, my shoulder constanly gives that cracking, squeaking sound. Massaged it a lot when I got home. Starting doing weights to strengthen the muscles around it too.
Everything seemed alright even during Thursday training. However, while I was doing boulder circuits, as I was attempting a route, I slipped of a foothold and caught a crimp at the same time. Hence, my shoulder took a sudden impact and I felt the pain immediately. The feeling was horrible.
Damn.
